San Benito County Free Library Partners with Connected California
to Offer Free Service to Bridge the Digital Divide

 

Get Connected, California! (Library System) has partnered with Connected California, a free service aimed at bridging the digital divide. The service offers one-on-one help by phone so community members may find low-cost internet service and computers, learn basic computer skills, and find and use online resources for career development and more.

Community members can contact Connected California’s team of “Digital Navigators” by phone, email, text, or through an online form. A kind and skilled Navigator will respond within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday, and work one-on-one with the community member by phone. Navigators are available to help in English and Spanish.
