The Summer Reading Program (All Ages!)

Starting June 15th, children of all ages can challenge themselves by reaching their reading goals for the summer. Make a goal from anywhere between finishing 3 novels to reading 100 books this summer, and win prizes along the way!  All summer long we will be hosting fun activities every Thursday, (and Tuesday for Teens!) which will include games, dancing, and crafts!

At our end-of-summer celebration, bring in your log of books, enjoy some free ice cream, a free book, and a reward!

Sign ups begin June 5th!

Each participant will be given:

The Reading Log

How many books do you think you can read before the challenge is over? Use the reading log to track your progress throughout the summer and try to beat your own record!

Children who have reached their reading goals will receive a new paperback book, a Completion Award, and a free mini pizza from Mountain Mikes!

An Activity Tracker

Included with your Reading Log is an Activity Tracker that you will have signed at every station you attend during our Thursday activities!

Children who complete 15 activities may choose a prize from the library’s Treasure Chest!
